I work for a large hospital network that uses Microsoft AD via LDAP to sync device display names. A large department of ours just recently began using Cisco Finesse and the manager is running reports in CUIC; specifically, "Detailed Call by Call CCDR Report." The report shows the Originating and Destination Directory Number but, in a system as large as ours, that means nothing to the average supervisor as they don’t know the extension of every device in our hospital.
Is there any way to get the originating extension's Display Name to show on a report out of CUIC? While I'm not a sys admin for this system, the amount of understanding I do have tells me this is likely easier said than done. That being said, I'm looking for any path to a solution here, easy or not, to pass along to our sys admin and telecom teams.
