I'm looking for recommendation on alternative options to notify agents about the type of CSQ inbound call. I know Cisco Finesse does display the notification/toaster in the bottom right of the screen. The option is not very good because it forces the agent to have Finesse maximized on the screen. Our agents basically use Finesse to login/logoff & ready/NR. Then they minimize the Finesse/Chrome browser so they use their screens for other business applications.
Is there anybody else using alternative notification type for inbound agent calls? Finesse workflow on(Ringing/Reserved)? Would Windows Net Send work?
