Hi,
I have uccx and aqm 11.5 deployed and working for few years now. I have extended contact center to few other organizations lately using the same servers and services from the same location. Now i want to segregate voice recording in aqm for each organization. How can i do it?
If i want to add new organization again, how can i keep voice recordings separately from previous ones.?
Kindly help!!

Yes, i am using the same UCCX server . It will be so helpful , if you could explain me in detail. Its not just about accessibility but want to achieve based on organization. I want to archive recordings based on organization. For now i could see all recordings( for all organizations) in same location not able to segregate. For some organization i need to keep recording for just 6 months, while some organization requires to keep for 1 year in my storage. How can i do that? Please help..
