UCCX - Annouce Queue name to Agent before call is presented

Wondering if anyone has configured this for UCCX.

 

The issue is the agent isn't on the Finesse screen, and answers a queue call on headset, and they just want have the queue name "announced" (similiar to whisper)

 

Example

"Call from Boston queue"

 

Then the agent know the correct thing to say (without looking at finesse screen)

 

Just wondering if anyone has ever even seen this work?
