Hi
I have a Contact Center Express solution with backup scheduled every day.
Even the backup process is finished successfully, since few days ago, the process is taking a long time to finish, around 30 minutes and before upgrading it took around 5 minutes to complete the backup process.
I have those versions installed at site:
CCx version 7.0(1)SR05_Build504
CUCM version 7.1.5.10000-12
I had noticed this behavior after upgrade the CUCM from 6.1 to 7.0
Is this normal behavior?
Any comments are welcome
Regards

Hi Martin,
What you configured is also mentioned in the UCCX Installation guide as well under the section of Prerequisites and connectivity. As a rule speed and duplex should be setup as follows;
NIC Speed and duplex UCCX server Switch port
100MB Full 100MB Full
Auto Auto
If the NIC is set to 1000MB Full this should be changed to Auto on both the server and switch port.
Regards,
Joe

Hi Martin,
After you upgraded CUCM from 6.x to 7.x did you complete a JTAPI resync for UCCX? Log into Appadmin > Subsystem > CM Telephony > JTAPI resync or Data Resync. This should be completed after hours as it can impact the call center.
Are you backing up UCCX to a network destination or local to the server? Did anything change since the upgrade of CUCM?

Hi Joe
I had double check JTAPI resync after upgrade CUCM and the BackUp is set to
a network destination.
I thing so that problem comes after my client change speed and duplex to
auto in to the port of the switch the server is connected to after some
migration of the services they has.
So I requested him set speed and duplex 100/Full into the port of the switch
and after that, the backup worked properly
Any way I posted this solution may be help to somebody in a future.
Regards
Martin
