Thanks in advance for reviewing my concern.
Simply stated, I have an agent who does not appear on the call center wallboard. The agent's profile mimics other agents who are already on the wallboard.
I am currently investigating the operating to add the agent on the wallboard in Cisco Desktop Admin and Cisco Unified CCX Admin.
Any pointers or questions?

What product do you use for the wallboard? What version of CCX?
How is the display on the wallboard defined, buy individual agents, skills, teams?

Chris , thanks for asking... I knew I was forgetting something lol.
So I am running version 10.6.1 of CCX and CUCCX (unified intelligence center) for the wallboard.
Currently, the wallboard displays three windows (Total Calls, CSQ and Agent Info) and I would like to add an agents name to the Agent Info window under Agent Report.
The Agent is reflected when I generate a report, but I can not see the Agent under the name section in the window. (see attached)
