Hi, Need help on call consult transfer as i am trying to send the call to a hunt group but call is getting disconnected 2 beep sounds.
Also anyone can share the sample script using call consult transfer

Can you do consult transfer directly to a phone DN?
Does re-direct work?
Make sure the CSS applied to CCX CTI Route points has access to the partition of Hunt Pilot.

Hi Chris,
Consult transfer is not working for DN or hunt pilot but if i am using call redirect step to transfer call to DN or hunt pilot it working fine.
When call is hitting consult transfer it gives 2 beep and call goes to next step instead of going to Hunt group.

What do the "Successful", "Busy", Invalid", Timeout", "Unsuccessful", branches have configured under them?
If nothing can you add something under each, i.e. "Label", and do reactive debug to see which one is hit.
Can you post your script?

Hi,
Issue got fixed after applying CSS and partition as earlier all CCG ports and CTI were in none partition.
