Hi,
I need a link / file that has a configuration example of how we do call recording for UCCX CSQ calls using Agent DeskTop and Supervisor desktop -
Without Mediasense and finesse

You may want to include your version of UCCX you have so there is no assumptions.

Just be aware that CAD/CSD has reached End of SW Support and you should be migrating to Finesse. If a bug (e.g. windows update that breaks CAD) is uncovered Cisco will no longer provide a patch.
