Good Morning all. Appear to have an issues in regards to the Call Redirect Step within UCCX. Were currently on version 7. The issue is that when we use a Call Redirect to a Hunt group on CUCM (Version 10.5), it doesn't recognise the hunt group is busy, and simply disconnects the call. The Hunt group is set to not forward calls on Busy. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

For CCX 7.0(2), the most recent supported CUCM version is 7.1(5):

Are you referring to the CUCM cluster that CCX is integrated with or another cluster? If the later, what is the call path and protocol used? For example CCX -> CUCM -H.323 ICT-> CUCM -> Hunt Pilot.
Assuming the later scenario, the answer probably lies in how the second cluster signals the busy condition back to the first cluster. This would likely require a review of detailed SDI traces to answer.

Good Morning. Many thanks for your reply. Based on further testing, the issue appears to occur whenever the call leaves the CUCM Cluster the CCX is integrated with.
Regardless of the incoming call path, if the CCX uses a redirect step to a device outside of its current cluster, it fails to detect the device is busy (essentially its transferred, and the script goes into the success state within the Redirect Step), and then the target CUCM cluster appears to drop the call.

Based on further testing (in all cases the target phone is busy). If an incoming call to phone on CUCM is transferred to a number on another Cluster, the calling phone displays busy if the phone is busy. However when using the Call Redirect Step within CCX the call is dropped. Or more accurately the CCX doesn't recognise the phone is busy, goes into the success Step on the Call Redirect, and then the call is disconnected.
