Not really - UCCX relies on being able to monitor the Agent lines via CTI for reporting and so on.
So an agent extension has to be a real IP extension...
You can however use CIPC and CAD (or IPPA) over a VPN, or a real IP phone over a VPN for example.
You can of course redirect the call out to any number as a simple transfer from the script, but this is then off-system and isn't going to route to other agents and you wouldn't be using CSQs etc.
