UCCX Calls Queuing not going to free Agents

Any ideas why calls are in a queue are not going to free agents using Finesse. this has been working fine and is very intermittent? These are HOME Workers coming in over Palo Alto Global protect. any ideas?

You will need to check skill level of the agent and the call.

Usually this is configuration problem.
