UCCX CLI WARNING Ungraceful shutdown detected.

Hi, Found a below Ungraceful shutdown detected warning message from our UCCX Sub CLI, but GUI is fine with no warning message. There is a cop file for CUCM, IM&P, and CUC to remove this cosmetic error. But I couldn't find anything for UCCX. Can anyone help me to get rid of this warning message?

You might want to check with Cisco to see if the first defect below will also eventually address UCCX?

CSCvx06031 and CSCvy68211 work only for CUCM, IM&P and CUC. 

CSCwb26895 and CSCwc98616 CCE and Finesse has no workaround from the bug tool. 

Unfortunately, still not able to find anything relevant bug workaround or document for UCCX issue.

Applying Unified Contact Center Express 12.5(1) SU02 ES04 release cop, UCCX will have an option to Turn off the ungraceful warning from CLI.

I find it "funny" that when I search for that defect at Cisco, I am told that I'm not entitled to access that bug, but yet there it is in documentation. No wonder when I searched for it before it only turned up related products but not UCCX.

To add to what @Nithin Eluvathingal wrote, the latest version of CCX 12.5 is SU03 ES03. It contains a few quite high impacting fixes for security vulnerabilities, so if possible it’s recommended to upgrade to that.

Our UCCX is already 12.5(1) SU02 ES04. utils ungraceful warn disable command fixed the issue.
