One of the Contact service queue is not being displayed at all in CSQ activity report.
Any suggestion

I am also experiencing this same issue. The CSQs were added to UCCX approx 2 weeks ago and they started receiving calls two days ago. Is there something I need to do in order to synch the CSQs with CUIC?

Just received a resolution to this in another discussion. Simply refresh the list under the CSQs in CUIC.
