Hello All We are trying to get data out of the uccx database(db_cra) but we can see that the two tables we use "RtCSQsSummary" and "RtIcdStatistics" are showing all zeros , we opened the database in a Program like DBeaver and we can verify that the tables are empty. Also if I run a Query
The "Real Time Snapshot Config" contains all the correct settings. We also restarted the Uccx Server and nothing. Does anybody know what we can do to get this database to be populated again?
Please i really appreciate any help.

It's better checking logs to see what's going on.
From Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability,
go to Trace,
Configurations,
Select Service (from drop down menu select:)
Cisco Unified CCX Engine,
Please set the Maximum No. of Files to 300 and Maximum File Size (KB) to 3145.
Do a search for ICD_RTDM and enable Debugging Debugging1 Debugging2 Debugging3 Debugging4
Leave it running for some time and collect Cisco CCX engine logs.
Once you have them you can do a search in the files for "%MIVR-ICD_RTDM-"
That would give you some information about why it's not able to populate those tables.
