Issue below command from UCCX CLI:
admin:show tech network hosts
-------------------- show platform network --------------------
/etc/hosts File:
#This file was generated by the /etc/hosts cluster manager.
#It is automatically updated as nodes are added, changed, removed from the cluster.
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
10.xx.xx.xx abc.cisco.com abc
10.xx.xx.xx bcd.cisco.com bcd
Now once you know the IP Address and FQDN, open hosts file and put entry like below:
10.xx.xx.xx abc.cisco.com
10.xx.xx.xx bcd.cisco.com
Regards
Deepak

Open hosts file in your PC by going to below location and add the entry of UCCX FQDN along with IP Address in there:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
To check FQDN of UCCX server, run show tech network hosts from UCCX CLI
