Hi,

I am working in UCCX 9.0,trying to upload new script developed thorugh UCCX script editor ,whenever I click upload script through "script management" tab, giving error as "remote UCCX node is not reachable,it is not recommended to create, modify or delete the files in this state,as it will be inconsistent between nodes",let me know any idea about this error.

Thanks,

Baskar.

Hi,

is this a HA cluster?

I would recommend to check the replication state between the UCCX nodes. Do you have CLI access to both UCCX servers?

G.

Hi Gregely,

This is lab system, there is no HA server, but HA license is enabled, whether becuase of this I am unable to upload the scripts ?,one more info,UCCX engine is in shutdown status, any related issues for all.

Hi,

well, it's not recommended to do changes as they are not copied over to the remote node and this may lead to unexpected behaviour.

Why is the CCX Engine down?

G.

unable to check the logs, as RTMT is not configured, any other way to check the logs ?

Hi,

er... alright, until you configure RTMT, you can use the command line (provided you have ssh access).

G.

Hi,

RTMT is configured and found the following error.

Hi,

can you ssh into the server and take a look at the stdout.log and stderr.log in the MIVR directory (uccx/log/MIVR). Thanks.
