UCCX Finesse Can't sign out when on a call

UCCX 10.6.1

If a group had to sign out for a meeting in CAD they could all just log out even when on a call.

Trying to do the same in Finesse will put them in Not Ready - pending and when they go to Sign Out it says "Unavailable form current state".

Is there a way to allow agents to logout and close the queue while still "Talking"?

No there is not. May I suggest that you add a not ready code for meeting and then exclude this from reporting to accomplish very similar functionality?

Thanks for the reply but I am not sure I understand what you are suggesting with the Not Ready and reporting.
