Hi,
Kindly be informed that we start experiencing error with Google Chrome with Finesse. We cannot anymore login to Finesse using Google Chrome. It's strange since it was working before and also not all of the agents are experiencing the issue. There are only few agents experiencing the said issue. However we are a bit worried as the number of affected agents might increase.
Already checked the compatibility matrix of Finesse 11.5.
It was stated there the Google Chrome version 48 and higher is compatible with Finesse. All the agents are using Google Chrome version 59.However some of them are experiencing the issue while some are not affected. Also, it was working before for all of the agents.
Reference:
Below is the screenshot of the error.
Thank you

aah, sorry for that i must have overlooked it.
So what was exactly changed? finesse was upgraded or chrome browser?
did you tried with other browsers and are the result same?
couple of tricks you can try with chrome:
1) try to launch chrome with ignoring certificate errors

2) try to reset the HSTS settings:

This Does not looks to be issue to me, its just SSL certificate warning which your chrome browser is throwing may be after an update.
you should be able to click on proceed to site somewhere available in the footer and proceed to the login.

Hi Chintan
Appreciate the reply. But i will not be posting this issue on this forum if that is the issue.
Before the proceed button is available but now it was gone which was the reason some of the agents cannot login while some can login.

In addition to getting this error occasionally I am also having an issue unique to Chrome with email queueing in my Finesse interface.
I can see the email come in but I cannot access the email.
Fire Fox works flawlessly .
I need all this to work in Chrome because we are going to be installing gadgets that require Chrome. as well.
