UCCX - Help with CAD working

Hello there,

WE are doing upgrade from      UCCX 7.0 to UCCX 8.5 for one of our client.

During upgrade we need various testing. The question is can we also install CAD version 8.0 on agent desktop machine which is currently running CAD 7.0?

Both CAD Versions 7.0 and 8.0 on agent machine simultaneously ? ? ? in UCCX 7.0 environment.

Hi Hafiz,

You can not have two versions of CAD on the same box, UCCX will not allow you to install the CAD for the second time, it will either allow for the CAD upgrade or ask you to uninstall the existing CAD and reinstall the new version of it.

Yes, on a Single PC you can not run two versions of CAD instances.
