uccx historical report having RNA

Hi All,

We have a requirement to pull a report which has to provide the details of the call not answered by the agent(RNA).

Report must have the following details

1.Agent Name

2.Calling Number(CLID)

This will help us to call back the customer for the unattended calls

Highly appreciate if some one can help on this...

This link is to the Historical Reports User Guide which provides a detailed decsription of all the available "canned" historical reports in the system.


If what you need is not here, you can also create custom reports.
