running 8.5 across the board (Unity, CUCM, UCCX). When configuring a report using the UCCX Historical Reporting tool, I noticed that under the parameter setting (available) there are agents listed that are no longer configured in CUCM or UCCX. Where is UCCX HR pulling from to populate this list and how can I remove them? Report I am referring to is Agent Summary report sorting by agent name and filter parameter of agent name.

I did that but the agents listed under the parameter setting had already been deleted prior.

Are you running the report in a time frame in which the agents were active? If you were the agents will be in the report.

Hello,
No, the agents showing up had been removed months prior to running the report.

As last resort, try rebooting the server.

Greetings,
So I found this link:
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/HRC_shows_old/deleted_agents_in_list_of_available_agents
Please be advised I have not done the purge and because I'm very cautious when it comes to Cisco DBs before I do the purge I will open a TAC case and make sure I get a good understanding of what, exactly, the purge does.
