UCCX HTTP trigger statistics

Hello,

 

We have one HTTP trigger with Place Call Step. And i want to find some statististics with placed calls but in CUIC there is nothing when i try to load statistic with Application with this trigger. There is no information at all. And i don't know how find this.

I don't think there is a way to get metrics in UCCX for this. If your Place Call step always calls the same number, then you could get metrics from CUCM CAR. Or if you use an exclusive Call Control Group (CCG) in UCCX for your Place Call step, you could also report on that in CUCM CAR.
