Hello my fellow Cisco Community,
I have a client that states that anytime he receives a call through the UCCX, it's telling him he's receiving a call from UCCX. It's announcing itself on the speaker of the phone and his headset. It didn't use to do this and I have no idea where to look to stop this from happening. As far as I know, it is only happening to him. You guys have any thoughts on this?
Oh and the UCCX version is 11.0.

Any chance it's a phone/headset setting where the phones auto plays the caller ID of the person calling?

Is this happening for all call or just for UCCX calls? Also, check if the user turned on voice feedback under accessibility on phone settings.
Accessibility > Voice Feedback > On/Off
