Microsoft is ending support for basic authentication

So, how does one configure OAuth2 when using UCCX? I don't see any way to do this, and I've seen nothing from Cisco on this either.

After looking at this, I'm editing my earlier entry. The OAuth capability is in the interface with SU2 ES04.

Interesting as the release notes for 12.5(1) SU2 ES03 did mention this bug, but you're saying that it actually fixed in SU2 ES04?

Yes, it's there. See attached screen shot.
The configuration wasn't where I expected it to be. A kind Cisco SE helped, and provided this link:
Note that there is an ongoing issue affecting some customers - CSCwe02219, but this will not impact all customers at all times, and the integration will be possible even with the presence of this issue.

Thank you for confirming, will you get a chance to configure it and test the whole thing? I'm hoping I'll be able to do it next week.

@david.macias , I'd love to do that, but I do not have an O365 tenant available to me to do that with. I've set up OAuth2 with Unity Connection a number of times, so the process would be the same. Do look at the bug referenced in my previous note as there are some things you need to be aware of BEFORE you start.

So I finally got around to doing this and it didn't work. CCP created the campaign, but not the feed and the configuration for the CSQ could not be saved. The bug id makes it sound like you could save it, but we couldn't get this done. On to TAC.
