Hi,
I have configured outbound dialing with direct preview. I am using UCCX 10.6
What I have seen is that I create a new campaign, upload a list and then not always it is working. When I check I see the contacts as retry, and the agent is ready but nothing is happening. I am using this in a lab environment, but till now it seems it works once and then afterwards when I create a new campaign with the same list (demo numbers) it won't work
Are there some log files which can help me to check why this is not (always) working correctly?

Jan, you might need to look into below defect for the kind of issue you are facing in there and see if the conditions match in your case or not

As far as logs are concerned, you can collect Cisco Unified CCX Engine also know as MIVR logs from RTMT after increasing the debug level for below components till XDEbug 4
