Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue with UCCX ( 8.5 ).
When I tried to download a prompt from prompt management it just make me to wait for longer time and its not downloading.
Whenever I tried to download the prompt and it fails then the CCX editor stuck in opening and also I cannot able to upload new scripts.
Planned for a reboot during low peak hours but wanted to suggestion if any way it can fix this issue r anything I need to check.
Thanks
Sathya

All of the prompts, scripts, documents etc are part of the db_cra_repository database and that seems to be not in a good shape as discussed in:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12916456/uccx-sync-issue
If the command mentioned in that post does not help, then provide the below:
Status of replication and data stores on Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability page along with the state of Unified CCX Database service on both the nodes
If a cluster reboot had not been done, then it should be on the cards as well.

Deepak

Hi Deepak,
Thanks for your response. The command in shows no error in DB ( utils uccx database dbserver integrity )
In uccx servicability page , DB service is INSERVICE.
We have planned for a reboot tonight but it happens when ever I try to download prompt folder which has many promtps in it.
Thanks

There will definitely be some delay in downloading the complete folder depending on the number of prompts stored inside it opposed to download a single prompt file.
If the delay is also there while downloading a single prompt then I would see it as an issue and that too if the behavior is same on multiple PCs across the network else ignore it.
Regards
Deepak
