Does anyone have experience displaying on-prem Cisco UCCX queue data into a screen on the WebexCC desktop layout? If so, how would this be accomplished? We have some main line agents that frequently are looking at all the queues in the UCCX environment, and when we are migrating our call centers from UCCX to WebexCC we want the WebexCC agents to be able to see what is going on in the UCCX queues from the WebexCC interface. A vice versa approach might also be helpful, but mainly wondering if this is possible?

I believe that this is a good use case for our 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards - there you can create layouts showing UCCX and WebexCC data and embed such layout(s) into Finesse and or into WebexCC agent desktop.
