We have large UC network with numerous CUCM clusters...
Dial-plan is variable length and numerous direction present
For example
0782[78]XXX - 8 digit
078[013-8]XX - 7 digit
0614[12]XXX - 8 digit
etc where are more than 300 route patterns
We used UCCX script for AA
Can it be configured to collect digit string variable length?
For example - digit timeout, stop collecting digit symbol such as #, dial-plan consult or other path

You will be able to get a variable length string, specially if you're forcing the caller to enter # when done. At that point you'll have to get the string length and figure out what to do next.
