This thread im starting for UCCX script scenarios: If any body has different scenaria. please reply with scenario. it is good for people to test with different scenario.
1. Scenario 1
Agent or reception receives the call. Then transfer the calls to the required extension. if not answered disconnect the call
2. scenario 2
Reception receives the call. Transfer the call to the required required extension number. if not answered, return the call to the reception number.
Also can share the script for each scenarios if possible.

I'm sorry but, neither of those two scenarios involve UCCX scripting.
