Hi Mahmood.
I'm noob on cisco and I'm trying to do the same with the missed calls but I can't find anything about it. Basically I want to make a script on PHP to check every minute or less for to find a new missed call and send a email message with the number that made the missed call on the call center.
I have a question for you.
Do you find the solution for you question?

What do you mean by "missed calls"? Where are the calls delivered to? Individual extension or are you looking for RONAs?
Unity Connection 11 introduces feature of missed calls notifications as long as the call goes to the voicemail greeting, but user decides not to leave a VM.

I meant missed calls received in contact center some time agents unable to answer calls and user cant wait for long time .
