uccx script tshoot

I have main script and when agent end call it transferred to another script this is working fine when call internal, but when call external I hear the main script but not transferred to another script when agent end call, how i can tshoot this issue, i collected uccx engine logs but how i can compare beween working and non-working case

It sounds like you're talking about the post call survey treatment not working for external calls, correct?
What version of UCCX are using?
Have you validated the steps outline in this document from Cisco on how to set it up?
