UCCX Scripting "Switch String"

Hi,

Whenever I tried to add a triger in "Cisco Script Application" I got the following error

Failed to create the CTI Route Point and corresponding Line on Cisco Unified CM

Can you validate that Call Manager doesnt have a directory number or CTI Route Point already for the trigger your trying to create. When you add the unique trigger for UCCX it will automatically add it in Call Manager for you so if you added it in Call Manager and then tried to go to UCCX to add it that would work.
