UCCX agent Phone loging fails

Hi,

When ever I tried to login to UCCX agent Phone it fails with error Host not found. I tried with both following configurations. 

http://10.229.60.228:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp
http://10.229.60.228:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp

You didn’t specify the CCX version. If you’re running a current release that is based on Finesse IPPA, ensure you’re following a modern guide.
