Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out if this is possible
a) request call back number from customer in the IVR
b) stores it in some variable
c) trigger an email to a pre-defined email address populating the callback number, time, etc in the subject/content

Hello,
I did it here internally , it is working perfectly.
Attached is the script , you have to have premium version to do it.
