UCCX SSO 12.5

Dear all,

I am trying to setup Cisco UCCX (12.5) with SSO.

I have followed the intructions by I face an error when trying to Click on Test SSO Setup

Clould you please help me understand what I've missed ?

First thing I would suggest to check is that your CCX and IdP is synchronised with a NTP server as that’s one of the listed error points.

Thanks for your quick answer. The UCCX and ADFS servers are using the same NTP server

It works since I used the follwoing commands :

1. utils cuic user make-admin CCX\<Admin’s User ID>
2. Restart Intelligence Center Services
3. Run the SSO test with the specified UCCX admin user
