UCCX Supervisor Users

Hello all,

how does the supervisor user work in the UCCX? Is it possibile for an agent to be assigned as a supervisor for a specific queue?

People are complaining that not all the queue can be seen from reports generated by supervisors.

Supervisors are assigned to both CSQs and teams, in order to see agents in supervisor desktop you need to assign the supervisor to the team the agent belongs to. In order to see stats for CSQ, the supervisor needs to be assigned to the CSQ as well.  All of this is done from UCCX admin pages.

Hi Lorenz,

Every team crated in UCCX has the Primary and Secondary Supervisors, alosn with the Agents and the CSQ's assigned under these teams.

Supervisors can also get access to same team \ other Teams\ All teams based on the setting done in the UCCX Appadmin->System ->System Parameters page.
