Hello,
I have a UCCx 5 server whre I need to make some changes.
However, when I logon to appadmin I'm told the Backup is still running and so I'm blocked.
The system still thinks its running the Backup from 23/3/12.
How can I release the Backup or release the system.
I'm hoping that there is a log file of some kind that simply locks access and can easily be removed/rewritten and the Node restarted.
Have any of you guys seen this issue and can point me in the right direction?

Hi ,
Please delete the folder C:\STI (to be at the safer side keep a copy of this STI folder in some network location) and restart the Node Manager and check, it should work.
