UCCX5: CSD Record on demand

Hi,

I face problem that supervisor use record on demand to record agents. The problem is recorded file play imcomplete. Such as agent talking around 1 minute, but recored file can play only 10-15 second. It not happen with all agents not all calls. Anyone who know how to solve this problem.

Hi Krongkwan,

You might try using the Raw2wav utility to see if the issue is with the recording, or the supervisor playback component.  I believe the raw2wav is described in the troubleshooting guide.
