I'm hoping someone can help or shed some light on a issue we are experiencing with some of our users. After installing Cisco Agent Desktop version 10.5 and launching the client we receive multiple errors. I found some documentation informing on how to disable automatic update by running the PostInstall.exe application but didn't see the check box for disabling the automatic updates.
I have listed the errors and steps taken thus far below, any assistance would be appreciated.
- Run repair application within programs and features process stalled
- uninstall / reinstalled Cisco Agent Desktop - Installation completed
- Launched application
- Application started searching for updates, receive below error
- Error: Unable to download file. Could not open request
- Clicked ok to bypass and received error below
- Error: License Server is down
