I have a user who is unable to logon to Webview. The passwords and permissions have not changed. The user was able to logon earlier and view reports but now it displays an error "you are not authorized to view the page".
We tried the URLs http://webviewserver.domain.name.com and http://webviewserver and we get the same error.Any thoughts.
Thanks
Anu

By default, It shall be http://webviewserver/instancename_reporting
By the way, I have seen this problem, restarting IIS or even rebooting machine may work.

If the problem still exists, try adding the domainname if the login-box pops-up, ie

In our environment, a simple password reset in AW will solve that problem. We have 100 webview users and they have this same issue once every few months or so. We resolve the issue but simply resetting the webview password back to the original password that was used before.
