Hi Durraze,

CSCue76034 sounds like what you are seeing with the Twitter account and Twitter Search regarding some additional changes for authentication URLs to Twitter - http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=cscue76034.

Please see the readme for COP 901030 for the same info including the workaround steps:

We encounter the same problem in SocialMiner 8.5.5, previous older versions were all right.

Any help ?

Hi Lili,

Hope you are fine i am finding a problem in making a twitter account the error is as follows:

"This Feed cannot be saved. Attempts to connect to Twitter were  unsuccessful. Check the proxy settings and/or internet connection for  the CCP server."

Their is no proxy on the server i had an issue before but it was resolved by changing the domain server time according to my TimeZone, now again i have reinstalled the SocialMiner but again the same problem persists, this time the timezone is also right please guide in this case.

Please note there is a 3rd (cumulative) COP file released for 9.0.1 which introduces a new feed type for the Twitter Search functionality as it looks like Twitter has been making changes.

Release notes are here:
