User is logged in CIPC or Jabber

Is it possible to find out if CUCM agent is currently logged in CIPC or Jabber?

Because address is accessible by JTAPI in case that agent is not logged in communicator same as agent is logged.

I know that Finesse provides agent state for UCCx users but is there any API for CUCM (JTAPI)?

Thanks

What exactly is the issue here?? API on CM are not pretty straightforward as they are on UCCX/Finesse side. There are APIs available for Jtapi but not available readily as you get in UCCX/Finesse Developer Guide

As per my knowledge if  jabber client is registered that means user has logged in and using it.

For cipc same thing is applicable however if you have extension mobility enabled on cipc then you can get the details of the user who is logged in.

May be other experts can confirm further.thanks

Thank you.

In this documentation I found that it is possible to register observer for every address.
