I am try to verfiy the agent number a licenses I have for IPCCE v. 7.1. I've trying lookin in the C drive of the IP IVR but seem to not be able to find the file. can someone point me in the right direction.

I'm not quite sure what product you are referring to - is it Enterprise?
If you have CAD, run the LicenceManager.exe in the Cisco\Desktop\bin.

Then it does not matter as CTIOS does not enforce. You know how many you purchased, correct?
Are you trying to understand how close you are going to the number you purchased?
In other words, what is the max number of concurrently logged in agents you have had on the system over the last few weeks?
