Is there a function to use for checking for incoming calls to the agent?

Hi Joe,

There is an API to get the list of calls: User—Get List of Dialogs (Voice Only by Default) but it is ALL calls, not just incoming calls.

Hey, this gets a list of dialogs. Are calls and Dialogs the same thing?

Yes. Dialogs of type voice are calls.

Hi denise. I will backtrack on this after I see it in action.  I am sure as things get configured  this will happen.
