Validation of 3 attempts

Friends I require to Implement Validation of 3 attempts, in option 2 of the IVR of automatic attention service.
After the client enters the data incorrectly 3 times, the call should no longer go to an agent, the audio "Please check the data and call us again" should be played and then cut the call after finishing the call. Audio.
This type of scenario must appear as addressed in the IVR report and with the corresponding label adding at the end the words Invalid Data.

Could you help me with this request? I do not know the procedure to configure it and I cannot find documentation.

You need to create a variable, call it counter. Then add 1 every time the wrong choice is selected. It sounds like you're just starting with UCCX. I recommend you go through your existing scrips and check out the documentation for any steps you don't understand to better help you learn.
