Hi All;
I have an ODBC Gateway node in my script, I need to know what the variable7 value is coming when doing the call from specific telephone number, how can I see it?

If you go on the Logger, SQL Query analyzer, under user tables, there is a dbo.t_Route_Call_Detail that you can look in. This works for ICM 7.1.2.0 through 7.1.5.0 anyways.

Do u know how can I know who is currently logged in to a specify skill group (which agents)?

Real time reports or supervisor desktop should work if you have those features.
