Web View Installation Error

Dear All i am trying to install the webview on UCCE 8.0 and having the attached error. Please see the logs file i tried to find the issue throug this log file but un successful.

Not sure what is wrong, but you could start with the first big error that shows up in your log:

13: ptclhds.ucce.ptcl: Jul 28 2011 03:38:04.475 -0700: %ICM-ERROR-ADSComponentBOImpl.createDistributorServiceAndAccount: The Administration & Data Server (Distributor) service account could not be created for Instance ptcl. Run the Service Account Manager, under Start > All Programs > Cisco Unified CCE Tools, to create (or re-create) the service account.

Hi David,

Thanks for reply yeah i tried this thing first, to create the Service Account through Service Manager but i am not able to create them even it also gives error that "the specified name is no longer available". Don;t know where am i missing some thing.

Can you post the log to get an idea of the error?  Also, have you opened a TAC case?
