As someone who will be migrating from UCCX 12.5 with Calabrio for call recording to WebExCC, I cant seem to find any information on the call recording aspect of the offering. Is there any data sheets on the offering?...retention times?...HIPPA compliance?
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I would ask your partner or Cisco about this specifically, here's what I know to answer your questions directly:

- 30 days "free".
- HIPPA: None, agents can pause and resume, but there's no auto redaction.

If you're doing pause resume with Calabrio on UCCX for things like credit card information, you can work with WebexCC (or Calabrio again for that matter) to set up the same type of pause/resume on WebexCC.
