Will WebEx CC desktop able to display real time queue stat such as how long each customer has been waiting in the queue.

I already try the Queue Stats - Realtime Report but the time is stay at 0 while customers waiting in the queue. Not like the Cisco Finesse in CUCM.

Does the Queue Stats Historical show you any information as well? And does the real time version show 0 for everything, or only just calls in queue?
Is it possible you're running into this defect as well; it says for Calls Handled but is for your same report I believe? https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwc36931
