I want to ask something about Webex Contact Center Bandwidth Requirement.
If we have 30 contact center agent with 5 supervisor, how many Bandwidth Required for Cube Connection to WXCC and Agent Connection.

Hi Muhammad,
WxCC does not provide telephony endpoints. Calls are delivered over the top of whatever existing service you have. This could be a PBX in the office like CUCM or agents at home on cell phones.

Hi there
Trunk Group/Enterprise Trunk should be provisioned with the max number of calls
TG/ET size = 2 x Maximum Number of Active Agents + Number of Supervisors + Max Calls in all Queues + Max Calls in all IVRs
